The Cat Empire play The Opera House!

Spotted by samfmoore in the forums, music television channel MusicMAX are having MAX Sessions at the Sydney Opera House:

This August sees the premiere of the MAX Sessions series two, entitled 'The Australian Collection', which looks set to emulate the tremendous success and high music standards set by the original series. On the roster this time around, the Sessions features the cream of the Australian crop including Paul Kelly, George (pictured), John Butler Trio, Kasey Chambers, The Cat Empire and one other very special guest to be announced soon.

These are "invite-only" in that you have to win tickets to see them. The Cat Empire will be playing on June 15. Keep an eye on here and the forums for news on the competition.
